This is super informal - everyone should be in town by then so we will do something in my backyard. Everyone (local and out of town) is invited, spouses included if you think they would enjoy a group of loud women.

 

It might be a potluck? It might be a group cook? I would trust this group with a menu and my life, so I'm sure we can figure it out.
